From 15/6 to 13/8, VinaPhone is running its "30-year appreciation lucky spin" program on the My VNPT application, offering millions of gifts to customers. These gifts include: VinaPhone Plus points, high-speed data, service e-vouchers, and premium experiences such as airport business lounge access or a one-year diamond membership upgrade.

Customers can participate directly in the lucky spin on the My VNPT application, with the number of spins determined by their mobile service usage duration. Additionally, customers can increase their chances of winning gifts through interactive activities within VinaPhone's digital ecosystem, such as: daily check-ins on the app, linking VNPT Money accounts, or opening new Vietlott accounts on My VNPT.

For the first time, VinaPhone is also applying GenAI technology in customer care. Through the My VNPT application, users can create personalized AI cards that document their journey with the company, including their service usage duration and received benefits. These cards can be shared on social media as a way to preserve memories and spread stories of their connection with the network provider.

On this occasion, VinaPhone also bestows the lifelong "Vina30" title upon customers who have been loyal for 25 years or more and continue to use its services. With this title, customers receive various priority policies, including: call center support, priority service at transaction points, priority network quality, and exclusive experiences at different stages, such as the right to use domestic airport business lounges.

Alongside appreciating long-standing customers, the company continues to upgrade the VinaPhone Plus loyalty program. Gold and Diamond tier members receive additional benefits in areas such as: resorts, dining, healthcare, and travel, in addition to existing benefits like airport lounges, golf discounts, and priority customer service. On the My VNPT application, the program also includes tens of thousands of physical gifts and hundreds of thousands of promotional e-vouchers, allowing customers to easily receive free gifts or redeem accumulated points as needed.

Launched in 2016, VinaPhone Plus is a loyalty program for users of VNPT services such as: mobile, fiber optic internet, and television. Customers accumulate points based on service usage to redeem gifts, receive benefits, and upgrade membership tiers.

The program currently offers membership tiers from Loyal, Silver, Titan, Gold, to Diamond, each with various benefits. VinaPhone Plus not only acknowledges service usage but also recognizes customer loyalty through a point accumulation mechanism based on duration of patronage and appreciation programs for long-term users.

In recent years, VinaPhone Plus has gradually expanded into a multi-sector benefits ecosystem on the My VNPT digital platform. Through a diverse partner network, members can flexibly use reward points for needs such as: shopping, transportation, travel, entertainment, and daily consumption.
