The matching initiative for FPT and Vietnam Airlines employees was launched with a series of experiential activities held at FPT's Hola Park campus. The event brought together 100 single employees, aged 24 to 35, from both companies, aiming to spread the message of "happiness at work."

In the first part of the program, participants acted as passengers on a "Maybe Airlines" flight, downloading the "Maybe" app developed by FPT specifically for the event. Couples then scanned QR codes to get acquainted and naturally pair up, experiencing five emotional stations: "Khoanh khac" (moment), "Cam nang" (crush), "Dong dieu" (harmony), "Nho thuong" (longing), and "Vun ven" (nurturing). Afterward, participants moved to the second part of the program, where they experienced "technology and the sky meet."
According to the program organizers, a happy work environment helps employees feel comfortable, build trust, and have higher motivation, contributing to the sustainable development of the company.

Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT, shared that FPT and Vietnam Airlines have collaborated since the 1990s, when FPT was newly established. The program was designed to help employees from both sides find harmony, share, and pursue happiness. He added that the FPT group also offers several employee support programs, such as assistance with house and car purchases, and tuition support for children.
Nguyen Chien Thang, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines, stated that the company always places people at the center of its corporate culture development strategy. He commented, "The Maybe event, implemented with FPT, is experiential, creating conditions for both teams to understand each other, cooperate better, and build a sustainable work environment."
At the event, leaders from both companies committed to giving gifts to couples who successfully "found their match" through the Maybe program. The FPT Chairman will personally give 50 million VND to the first 10 individuals who find a life partner from the program, and 100 million VND to couples from the program who have a child within the next 12 months. Vietnam Airlines leaders pledged to sponsor flight tickets for couples who marry after the Maybe program.

For many years, FPT has partnered with Vietnam Airlines on key digital transformation projects, helping the national airline enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and improve customer experience. This "matchmaking" initiative, connecting young employees from both sides, marks an expansion of their cooperation into the cultural sphere, strengthening their long-term strategic partnership.
FPT focuses on building a diverse "common home" that includes multiple generations, nationalities, ethnicities, and genders. Specifically, FPT provides opportunities for employees to learn, develop themselves, their careers, and lead a life that is "materially comfortable and spiritually rich." This is achieved through a series of programs: the "An cu lac nghiep - Gan ket lau dai" policy supporting house and car purchases; policies for employee relatives, with a special focus on the FPT Small group; and Parents' Day.
Vietnam Airlines also aims to build a work environment where every employee is respected, recognized, and has opportunities for long-term development. In its corporate culture strategy, the airline guides employees towards professional competence, engagement, and a spirit of cooperation for each individual. The Maybe event represents a new approach by the two large companies to create a space for young teams to interact, get acquainted, and support future work coordination.
