FPT has partnered with Harvard Business Impact, a corporate learning brand of Harvard Business Publishing, to develop leadership skills for its global workforce. Through access to Harvard's learning platforms, Harvard ManageMentor® and HBR Spark, FPT aims to boost workforce development and improve operational efficiency.

The agreement integrates two Harvard Business Impact training platforms into FPT's internal learning ecosystem: Harvard ManageMentor® and HBR Spark. Harvard ManageMentor offers over 42 specialized courses and 300 instructional videos on leadership, management, and strategy. It's currently used by leading global corporations, including Fortune 500 companies. At FPT, the platform will support personalized learning paths tailored to individual roles. HBR Spark provides a personalized learning experience with over 25,000 resources, connecting theoretical knowledge with practical application.
Sumit Harjani, regional director for Asia-Pacific at Harvard Business Impact Enterprise, expressed his honor in partnering with FPT. "This collaboration combines global leadership thinking with advanced learning methods, equipping FPT's team with core competencies to adapt, lead, and thrive in the AI era," he said.
This partnership aligns with FPT's long-term strategy of investing in large-scale employee development, solidifying its position as a leading IT service provider. With over 33,000 employees in global IT services, FPT emphasizes continuous learning and sustainable leadership development. In 2024, FPT employees recorded over 3.7 million learning hours, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and comprehensive professional development, from technical skills to management and strategy.
Chu Thi Thanh Ha, chairwoman of FPT Software, FPT Corporation, stated that a learning mindset is part of FPT's DNA, and people development is central to all strategies. She affirmed that the partnership with Harvard Business Impact will provide FPT access to practical training programs aligned with the company's culture of innovation. "This will be a springboard for our leadership team to adapt quickly, grasp new knowledge, and lead effectively, both internally and in our journey with global clients," she said.
In 2025, FPT will expand its leadership development programs and implement retraining and upskilling programs for all employees. These efforts align with the corporation's long-term strategy of building a future-ready workforce capable of deploying advanced technology solutions in digital transformation, AI, and innovation for global clients.
