FPT wins gold Stevie award for recruitment

FPT has won a gold Stevie award in the "Employer of the Year" category for telecommunications, becoming the only Vietnamese company to achieve this since 2020.

The Stevie Awards were announced in Quarter III/2025. The official award ceremony will be held in the US in September. The awards, judged by an international panel, recognize organizations that build excellent work environments, nurture talent, and create sustainable value for their employees. FPT was praised for its long-term human resources strategy and activities that foster a positive work environment, surpassing many global competitors.

Phung Thu Trang, Human Resources Director of FPT Telecom, FPT Corporation, said the award recognizes the company's journey in building a modern and sustainable work environment. "This is also a motivation for us to continue creating an exemplary environment, inspiring the next generation of employees," Trang said.

According to the representative, this achievement stems from the "people-centric" strategy implemented over the years. FPT currently has nearly 17,000 employees nationwide, implementing various policies such as support for home and vehicle purchases, performance-based compensation, and a series of Happy Workplace events to enhance mental well-being and health. According to the 2023 Great Place to Work survey, 91% of employees rated FPT as a great place to work, 92% expressed a desire for long-term commitment, and 94% expressed pride in being a member of the corporation.

"The company has created a democratic and open work environment while maintaining high discipline with a clear KPI system, helping each individual to both develop their capacity and creativity, and cultivate a sense of responsibility," the FPT representative stated.

In addition, the company also applies technology to personnel training, developing online learning platforms such as FoxSkill, AI Mentor, Chang AI, and AI Knowledge Explore. These platforms help each individual design their own learning path. FPT aims to continue its "Better Everyday" strategy, focusing on attracting AI and Big Data experts, while promoting intensive training programs, expanding opportunities for practical experience, and applying advanced technology to training. Concurrently, compensation policies will continue to be prioritized, linked to individual development paths.

Previously, the company has been repeatedly honored in rankings such as "Most Favorite Employer in the Telecommunications Industry," top 2 "Most Favorite Employer of Large Enterprises" for two consecutive years 2023-2024 by Career Viet; and "Best Place to Work in Vietnam" from 2019 to 2024 by Anphabe.
