Over the years, FWD has launched numerous programs targeting young people, aiming to equip them with skills and enhance their awareness of long-term financial management.
This year, the company expanded its financial education journey to university students through the "Be A Finnovator" program – redefining the relationship between young people and personal finance. This initiative is a collaboration with Startup Vietnam Foundation (SVF) and Dear Our Community (DOC). The project attracted 600 students from three universities in TP HCM, with the support of 23 FWD volunteers. The program utilizes workshops for knowledge and experience exchange, along with a debate competition, to help young participants develop critical thinking, personal financial management skills, and career planning abilities.

Since 2022, the company has partnered with more than 8,200 middle school students across Vietnam, offering them access to foundational knowledge about spending and saving.
