FWD Vietnam was recognized in two categories at the Insurance Asia Awards: "Health Insurance Initiative of the Year" for its FWD Care health insurance 3.0 product and "Marketing Initiative of the Year" for its FWD Road to Life event. The annual awards, presented by Insurance Asia magazine since 2016, honor outstanding organizations in the insurance, reinsurance, and brokerage fields across the Asia-Pacific region. The judging panel comprises financial experts and senior leaders from auditing firms and strategic consulting companies in the region.

The award for FWD Care health insurance 3.0 represents international recognition of FWD Vietnam's product design capabilities. In addition to financial protection against physical health risks, this product offers mental health treatment benefits and extends coverage globally, enabling customers to access advanced medical treatments in leading countries worldwide.

In addition to these international awards, FWD Vietnam was also honored at the "Industrie 4.0 Awards" in the "Innovation and Digital Transformation" category, held in Hanoi at the end of June. This recognition reflects the company's strategic investment in technology, particularly in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and the transition to a cloud computing platform. With this modern technology, FWD Vietnam implements transparent insurance advisory processes compliant with new regulations while continuously improving and personalizing the customer experience.
