The price of RON 95-III gasoline (the most common type on the market) rose 70 dong to 20,430 dong per liter. E5 RON 92 also increased by 80 dong to 19,850 dong.
Similarly, diesel increased by 120 dong to 18,470 dong per liter. Kerosene is priced at 18,310 dong per liter and mazut at 15,370 dong.

From 1/8, the two largest petrol and oil distributors in the market, Petrolimex and PVOIL, are piloting the sale of E10 gasoline, a biofuel containing 10% ethanol blended with mineral gasoline. The Ministry of Industry and Trade is also proposing to sell only E10 gasoline from the beginning of next year.
