Gasoline prices approach 20,000 dong per liter

Gasoline and diesel prices decreased starting at 3 p.m. today, while kerosene and mazut prices saw a slight increase, following an adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

The price of RON 95-III gasoline (the most common type on the market) decreased by 440 dong to 20,160 dong per liter. E5 RON 92 also decreased by 370 dong, settling at 19,610 dong.

Similarly, diesel dropped by 50 dong to 18,650 dong per liter. Compared to seven days ago, kerosene is priced at 18,620 dong per liter and mazut at 15,200 dong.

The adjusted fuel prices are as follows:

Unit: dong/liter or kg, depending on the product.

E10 gasoline, a biofuel containing 10% ethanol blended with mineral gasoline, has been piloted by Petrolimex and PVOIL since 1/8. The Ministry of Industry and Trade is also proposing to sell only this type of gasoline starting next year.
