Giao Hang Nhanh launches new brand for heavy deliveries

Giao Hang Nhanh has introduced a new brand specifically for deliveries over 20 kg, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into its operations.

This announcement was made by a company representative at the Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition 2025 (Vilog 2025). The new brand, "Giao Hang Nang," is a specialized logistics platform for heavy goods weighing 20 kg and above. The launch demonstrates the local company's commitment to investing in core technology, enhancing its competitiveness in the logistics sector, which faces significant pressure to optimize operations and undergo digital transformation.

A Giao Hang Nang representative explained that the growth of e-commerce, retail, and industry has led to increased demand for heavy cargo transportation. However, infrastructure, specialized personnel, and digitization capabilities remain limited. While current shipping solutions are primarily optimized for small and medium-sized packages, larger shipments often require manual processing, resulting in inefficiency and high costs.

Giao Hang Nang was created to directly address this issue by applying automation and AI across its entire operational chain. With the slogan "Heavy goods - Light prices," the service targets corporate clients in manufacturing, distribution, retail chains, and export processing – groups with consistent, high-volume shipping needs and stringent requirements for accuracy and timeliness.

According to Giao Hang Nang, the entire process, from planning and coordination to route optimization and shipment monitoring, is digitized, automated, and optimized in real-time. The automated sorting system efficiently handles even bulky items, while a network of over 1,500 trucks, 52 warehouse centers, 1,000 post offices, and 20,000 inter-provincial delivery routes enables nationwide service coverage.

At Vilog 2025, Giao Hang Nang showcased its proprietary AI applications designed specifically for heavy cargo logistics. The GHN AI Deep Insight system analyzes 5 years of data combined with market information to develop operational strategies. The GHN AI Ops Planning Assistant tool helps forecast demand, workforce fluctuations, and provides real-time coordination recommendations. The GHN AI Dynamic Routing system optimizes complex delivery routes, saving cost, time, and resources compared to manual operations.

The launch of Giao Hang Nang marks a significant step forward for the company in its digital transformation and enhancement of domestic logistics capabilities. The in-house developed technology solutions allow the company to control service quality and expand cooperation with manufacturing and export companies requiring specialized shipping. The brand has already partnered with numerous large domestic and international businesses, meeting international operational standards.

As Vietnam's role in the global supply chain grows, the emergence of specialized domestic shipping solutions like Giao Hang Nang can contribute to strengthening logistics capabilities, supporting sustainable production and export. Giao Hang Nang aims to combine AI, transportation infrastructure, and management expertise to bring Vietnamese logistics closer to the level of developed countries.

The Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition 2025, themed "Sustainable Logistics," took place from 31/7 to 2/8 at SECC, TP HCM. The event brought together businesses, experts, and leaders from the domestic and international industry and trade sectors to discuss and showcase solutions for supply chains, digital transformation, and sustainable development. GHN participated in Vilog 2025 as a Diamond sponsor.
