Google marketing strategy helps Saltech retain customers

An advertising model that links revenue to actual client results has allowed Saltech to partner with over 1,000 small and medium-sized enterprise customers for nearly 10 years.

Saltech Vietnam Trading and Service Company Limited, established in 2018, specializes in Google Ads advertising and digital marketing solutions for businesses.

Cao Thi Mau, Saltech CEO, noted that Vietnam's Google advertising market has seen many new agencies emerge in recent years, yet many also exit quickly. A common reason is business models based on fixed service fees, where advertising effectiveness often falls short of client expectations. This makes many businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), more cautious about investing in online advertising.

Given this reality, Saltech chose to become a partner dedicated to helping businesses achieve revenue growth, rather than just executing requested advertising campaigns. According to Cao Thi Mau, the company applies the principle: "Saltech only generates revenue when its clients profit." This is not merely a marketing slogan but a criterion applied from the project selection and implementation stages.

Before launching any campaign, the Saltech team analyzes the business model, customer behavior, and competitors to develop content, optimize websites, and then run conversion-focused advertisements. The company reports that campaigns following this process achieve over 90% of their objectives, with many clients expanding their investment after about one month of operation.

Cao Thi Mau believes that optimizing ads alone is insufficient to address the challenge of revenue growth. Therefore, the company aims to provide comprehensive marketing solutions rather than simply being a Google Ads implementation partner.

To achieve this, Saltech centers its offerings on Google Ads while also developing content management and website design services. The company emphasizes that content forms the foundation of marketing activities, and the website plays a critical role in customer conversion. Instead of solely focusing on ad optimization, Saltech builds an integrated process combining content, website, and advertising to deliver the most effective solutions to its clients.

Thanks to these efforts, the company has partnered with over 1,000 small and medium-sized enterprises across Vietnam to date.
