Starting today, users in the US city can access Green SM's services by booking through the app, contacting the call center, or hailing a taxi directly on the street. Beyond daily travel needs, Green SM drivers also handle long-distance journeys and airport transfers. A company representative stated that Green SM aims to provide a high-quality experience based on its "5 green benefits" platform: good vehicles, good prices, good drivers, good quality, and a good environment.
In Los Angeles, Green SM's service utilizes an all-electric fleet of VinFast VF 8 vehicles. The company directly recruits and thoroughly trains its team of drivers. Fare and promotion information is transparently displayed on the app, allowing users to review details before their trip.

Ms. Hoang Thanh Hang, General Director of Green SM in the US, stated that this is a significant milestone in Green SM's development journey, aiming to build trust with customers, drivers, and the local community. "The future of electrified transportation is not solely determined by an all-electric vehicle fleet; it also relies on service quality, a well-trained, reliable team of drivers, and dedication to every customer experience," she said.
