The agreement signed between Green Speed and 1Office will transition Green Speed's system of approximately 15,000 employees to 1Office's comprehensive management platform. Beyond digitizing processes, this promises to be a transformative step for Green Speed in building an "enterprise operating system" where data is connected, transparent, and updated in real-time.

A key feature of this system is the use of 1Office's low-code platform and AI. Low-code allows for process customization without relying on programming, while AI analyzes data and suggests actions in real-time. Tasks such as payroll processing and file handling will be automated, reducing costs and errors. Employees can request leave via phone, and management can monitor performance instantly. According to 1Office, this change saves costs and creates a fairer work experience.
Le Viet Thang, CEO of 1Office, stated that this is a strategic investment that brings "benefits greater than the costs," emphasizing the simplicity and transparency of the new process. He expects Green Speed and 1Office to create a new operational standard for FDI enterprises – where modern management technology integrates with human resource services, providing a comprehensive solution that meets international standards and optimizes operating costs. "This project can become a case study for FDI digital transformation that spreads to the international market," the 1Office CEO said.

Le Van Hoang, CEO of Green Speed, said that 1Office provides an online working environment for more than 15,000 Green Speed employees, helping to affirm its position as a top human resources provider in Vietnam. "This cooperation is of strategic importance, shaping Green Speed into a human resources technology company with a distinct competitive advantage in the FDI market," Hoang said.
Following the project launch, leaders from both sides met to discuss the direction of comprehensive and long-term cooperation across multiple aspects. Beyond system implementation, this project reflects a people-centric philosophy, aiming for transparent and sustainable management. "The Green Speed collaboration is one of the exemplary projects where management technology and human resource services combine to build a more transparent and efficient operating system," a 1Office representative said.
