On 2/12, Fortune announced the list of the 100 best workplaces in Southeast Asia for 2025, honoring companies that prioritize people and organizational culture, while fostering a trustworthy, innovative, and high-performance work environment. The rankings were compiled in collaboration with Great Place To Work, based on its exclusive Trust Index survey, which gathered over 630,000 anonymous responses from more than 1,36 million employees across Southeast Asia.
Being named among the top 100 best workplaces in Southeast Asia, Greenfeed representatives affirmed that this continued regional recognition aligns with the company's strategic shift towards global expansion. A strong foundation of people and culture remains pivotal to all of the company's development strategies.
Starting as a single animal feed factory, Greenfeed has expanded significantly over two decades. It now operates dozens of factories and farms in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar, with ongoing international expansion.
To enhance its competitive capabilities for global integration, the company focuses on elevating operational standards and product quality to international benchmarks. In animal feed production, Greenfeed integrates advanced research from leading domestic and international experts. Its livestock, poultry, and aquaculture feed products have earned prestigious international certifications such as ISO 22000, HACCP, Global GAP, and BAP.

Greenfeed's farms are designed to international standards, utilizing world-class breeding stock from PIC (US). The integration of automation technology ensures uniform animal development, reduces operational costs, and boosts productivity. Substantial investment in waste treatment technology helps the farms meet sustainability and environmental-friendliness criteria.
The exclusive GF24 (Camborough 48) breeding pigs are a result of the company's technology transfer partnership with PIC. These pigs achieve a productivity of up to 32 weaned piglets per sow per year, well-suited to Vietnam's climate and farming conditions. Market pigs are raised with clean feed, meeting ISO 22000 standards and adhering to the effective livestock solutions of the 3F Plus healthy food chain.
Guided by its HR philosophy, "Nurturing Talent - Igniting Goodness", Greenfeed develops initiatives to attract and retain talent for its multinational team. These efforts revolve around three core pillars: comprehensive care, talent development, and spreading goodness.
Since 2023, the company has expanded the Greencare program across its entire system, focusing on holistic employee well-being. This includes regular health check-ups, vaccinations, and morale-boosting activities such as Tet gifts, organizing Greenfeed Day for employees and their families, the Outrace fitness club, and team-building events. Within the Greencare framework, the company also enhances production safety training and experiential activities for employees in Vietnam and the Southeast Asian region.
Concurrently, the company provides opportunities for staff in Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar to access learning programs and personalized development paths similar to those offered in Vietnam, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). The talent development strategy is systematically implemented through programs like Leader for Goodness (L4G), which comprises five branches: GreenSeed, GreenShine, GreenLead, GreenExperts, and G30+. These are complemented by training courses aligned with competency frameworks. Annually, over 49,000 training hours are recorded with more than 5,000 participations.
The company also encourages employees to share and collectively support local communities. From April to September, Greenfeed implemented a series of support activities in areas severely affected by the earthquake in Myanmar. This involved directly distributing gifts to residents, helping repair animal shelters, providing essential supplies, and restocking with piglets. These contributions, totaling over 550 million VND, helped communities gradually rebuild their lives.
In November, company representatives in Cambodia organized an event to donate school supplies and provide clean, nutritious food to local students. The initiative aimed to help students achieve better learning conditions as they began the new school year.
