Construction began on September 23rd on the Xuan Hoi eco-tourism complex. The project, spanning over 92 hectares, is located in the Dong Luong area of Dan Hai commune (formerly part of Nghi Xuan district).
Developed by Xuan Hoi Investment Joint Stock Company, the complex is planned as a 5-star resort. It will include approximately 600 hotel rooms and villas, a commercial center, a marina, a theme park, a beach plaza, a swimming area, and extensive green spaces and water features. It is expected to become a premier eco-tourism destination in Ha Tinh province.

Nguyen Duc Xuan, Director of Xuan Hoi Investment Joint Stock Company, stated that the project aims to boost tourism in Ha Tinh, a gateway to the North Central Coast region. It also aims to create jobs and stimulate local businesses and commerce. Upon completion, the project commits to employing state-of-the-art waste treatment technology, expanding green areas, and protecting the natural landscape of Xuan Hoi beach.
Ha Tinh Vice Chairman Duong Tat Thang urged the construction unit to mobilize resources and ensure timely completion while prioritizing environmental protection and safety. He emphasized the province's commitment to resolving difficulties, promoting regional connectivity, and developing a tourism chain encompassing beaches, culture, ecology, and spirituality. This will contribute to the Cua Lo - Xuan Thanh - Thien Cam tourism route. The province aims to improve infrastructure, develop the night-time economy, and apply digital transformation to destination promotion and management.
Ha Tinh has a 137 km coastline with many beautiful beaches such as Thien Cam, Xuan Thanh, Cua Sot, Thach Hai, and Ky Xuan. According to the provincial planning for 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, Ha Tinh has identified developing its marine and coastal economy as a central task and driving force for growth.
