The city will cover all training costs for business consultants, up to 20 million VND per consultant per year.

For businesses in manufacturing, processing, digital technology, creative industries, and key industries, Hanoi will cover 100% of specialized consulting contract costs, up to a maximum of 300 million VND annually.

Startups in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation will receive 50% support for equipment rental and workspace costs at technical facilities, incubators, and co-working spaces, up to 50 million VND per business annually and 10 million VND monthly for rent.

The city will also cover up to 70% of short-term overseas training costs in innovation, technology, and artificial intelligence, with a maximum support of 100 million VND per trainee per year.

This policy aims to build an innovative ecosystem and support sustainable SME development, enabling them to keep pace with technological trends and international integration.
