The first project, Maslight Tower, a grade-A development, is situated at the intersection of Nguyen Chanh and Mac Thai Tong streets. The building will have 29 floors above ground, 4 basement levels, and a total office floor area of nearly 80,000 m2.
The tower is planned to be equipped with 22 high-speed elevators, central air conditioning, a smart parking system, and an AI-powered building management system. The project aims to attract large corporations, international financial institutions, and high-tech enterprises.

Adjacent to the tower is The Crown complex, comprising 4 commercial and service buildings. Each building will have approximately 1,000 m2 of floor space, with 5 floors above ground and one basement level. The project will offer space for retail brands, restaurants, spas, and specialized services, with completion expected in Q3/2027.

About 200 m away, on Nguyen Quoc Tri street, is Maslight Hi-Tech Park, a B+ office building combined with shophouses. This building will feature 15 floors above ground, 3 basement levels, a total floor area of over 42,000 m2, and a basement area exceeding 22,000 m2.
The developer will install 11 elevators, a central chiller air conditioning system, and a smart parking system. Nearby are 5-story shophouses. The project is expected to be completed in 2028.

Both projects are located in the Nam Trung Yen urban area, near major transportation routes such as the third ring road, Pham Hung street, and Tran Duy Hung - Nguyen Chi Thanh street, and are about 30 minutes from Noi Bai airport. This area is home to many large office buildings, including PVI, Keangnam, Lotte, Chamvit, and the US Embassy.
