The bank's representative stated that the system enhances technological convenience at the Institute, improving the user experience for healthcare services. People only need 1-2 minutes on the device to complete the process from registration to payment, reducing the burden on the healthcare facility and increasing operational efficiency.

In the initial phase, Pasteur Institute Ho Chi Minh City and HDBank launched a smart medical reception system supporting key needs such as test registration, vaccination, and general medical examination through self-service kiosks and a mobile app. From Quarter IV/2025, subsequent phases are expected to deploy several subsystems: a test result management system; vaccination and general examination with online lookup; and a water and food testing management system. There will also be a training management system and IOC for the Board of Directors to comprehensively monitor the Institute's activities.

The Medipay kiosk system is an initiative developed by HDBank since 2024, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Health under the government's Project 06. To date, over 200 hospitals nationwide have implemented this system. The goal by the end of 2025 is to reach 1,001 kiosk locations across the country.
According to the bank representative, the implementation of kiosks at Pasteur Institute continues to demonstrate HDBank's commitment to supporting the preventive healthcare sector. The bank aims to promote comprehensive financial services and bring digital solutions closer to people's lives.
Established in 1891, Pasteur Institute Ho Chi Minh City, under the Ministry of Health, is a leading institution in preventive medicine, microbiology research, vaccinations, diagnostics, and testing.
