According to the financial report released on 30/7, the company's recurring operating income reached €3.327 billion, representing 41.4% of total revenue—a leading profit margin in the luxury goods sector. Net profit reached €2.246 billion. After adjusting for special contributions in France, this figure rose to €2.5 billion, a 6% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Operating cash flow reached €2.3 billion, bringing the group's total net cash to €10.7 billion.

"The first-half results reflect the strength of the Hermes model globally," said CEO Axel Dumas. He affirmed that Hermes will continue to invest, recruit, and train to maintain its long-term growth.
All geographic areas recorded growth. In Japan, revenue increased by 16% thanks to customer loyalty and a stable distribution network. The US market grew by 12% despite the volatile macroeconomic environment. Europe (excluding France) increased by 13%, while revenue in France grew by 9%. Other regions, mainly the Middle East, increased by 17%.

In terms of products, leather goods and saddlery continued to be a strength, increasing by 12%. Ready-to-wear fashion and accessories grew by 6%, while silk and textiles increased by 4%. Jewelry and homeware recorded a 10% increase, thanks to collections launched at Salone del Mobile (Italy). The two younger sectors—perfumes and watches—decreased by 4% and 8% respectively due to product cycle changes, but Hermes maintains its investment and production capacity expansion plans.

During the six months, Hermes invested €316 million in operations, including building a new workshop in L’Isle‑d’Espagnac and expanding capacity at Charleville‑Mezieres, Couzeix, as well as the Le Noirmont watch factory in Switzerland.
The group also added more than 500 jobs, including 300 in France, bringing the total global workforce to 25,697. Each employee received a €4,500 bonus for their 2024 performance. The rate of disabled workers in France reached 7.9%.
