Hoa Sen successfully manufactured the product at its Nghe An factory, launching it on 5/8. Hoa Sen Mag Shield features a high-quality steel base coated with a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy using advanced continuous hot-dip galvanizing technology. The precise mixing ratio increases corrosion and rust resistance by three to five times and doubles the coating hardness compared to conventional galvanized steel.

The key feature of this steel sheet is its self-healing mechanism for rust cuts. Thanks to the magnesium in the coating, Hoa Sen Mag Shield can self-form a new protective layer at cut or drilled areas during construction, a significant technical advantage over traditional steel products.
With its high durability and resistance to harsh weather conditions, this new line of steel sheet is suitable for projects with technical and aesthetic requirements, including those meeting international and national standards. In addition to durability, the product also offers flexible shaping capabilities, meeting the diverse design needs of both residential and industrial projects.

The product is suitable for factories and pre-engineered steel warehouses in coastal industrial zones or areas with highly corrosive climates. Hoa Sen Mag Shield is also used in greenhouses and livestock barns on high-tech farms; in support frames and cable trays in solar power systems, and for industrial and residential electricity.
In the transportation infrastructure sector, the product is suitable for bridge railings, protective fences, and public shelters. For residential applications, the steel sheet meets durability and aesthetic requirements in housing and commercial projects in large urban areas with high demands for both; and in residential and industrial equipment requiring rust-resistant metal frames.

Nguyen Minh Phuc, Deputy General Director of Hoa Sen Group, stated that the product launch marks a step forward in the company's strategy of technological innovation and product quality improvement. Hoa Sen Mag Shield is manufactured and tested according to leading international standards: JIS (Japan), ASTM (USA), BS EN (Europe), and AS (Australia). The new products have warranties of up to 50 years, depending on the region and conditions of use. The new line of steel sheet increases the lifespan of construction projects, providing an optimal material.
