With the theme "The Power of Multi-Generational Workforces", this year's award honors businesses that are building multi-generational workforces, not only attracting, retaining, and engaging talent of all ages, but also unlocking the power of that diversity. Home Credit was highly regarded for its employee engagement and excellent work culture.
Internal surveys at Home Credit revealed that 94% of employees expressed pride in their work environment last year. The company's eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score), which measures employee satisfaction, reached 72 points, and the employee retention rate continues to improve annually.
According to HR Asia, the selected businesses must meet several criteria, including the ability to attract and retain talent, bridge the skills gap between generations, meet the diverse expectations of the workforce, engage teams, and build a future-ready organization.
