To link a VietinBank account on VNeID, customers can follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to VNeID, select "Social Welfare," then choose "Social Welfare Benefit Account."

Step 2: Select "VietinBank."

Step 3: Enter the VietinBank account number, click "Agree to share data," and then click "Continue" (enter the 9-digit ID card number if applicable).

Step 4: The request will be submitted successfully; await confirmation from VNeID.

Note that the linked account must be a VND account, under the same owner, active, and not restricted.

New customers who do not yet have a VietinBank account can download the VietinBank iPay Mobile app to open a payment account online from home via eKYC and receive a gift combo worth 250,000 VND. Those who open a new account and link it via VNeID from now until September 2nd will receive a premium account number worth up to 5 million VND.
