Cyber Connect 2025, an information technology connection program organized by the State Audit Office of Vietnam, took place on 15/11 in Hanoi. The event brought together over 500 delegates, athletes, and guests from the technology community of 20 inter-agency units, fostering exchange and engagement. Its core message, "connecting intellect – spreading technology – uniting the digital community," aimed to enhance solidarity, promote physical activity, and boost the health and creative spirit among technology professionals.

According to the organizing committee, Cyber Connect 2025 served as a platform for public sector technology professionals to meet, learn, and share. Beyond networking, it aimed to build a leading inter-agency information technology community at the forefront of the national digital transformation ecosystem.

The morning session featured two competitive events: pickleball and tug-of-war. Participants included representatives from various key agencies, such as: the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (Ministry of Public Security), the Department of Digital Transformation (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment), the National Digital Transformation Department (Ministry of Science and Technology), the Department of Criminal Statistics and Digital Transformation (Supreme People's Procuracy), the Department of Information Technology and Digital Transformation (Ministry of Finance), the Information Technology Department (State Bank of Vietnam), and the Department of Digital Transformation - Cryptography (Central Party Office).
In addition to sports, the event included professional exchanges on digital transformation, data security, information safety, and AI applications, notably through the Cyber Gathering.
The program culminated with the AI Melody music composition contest, where teams applied artificial intelligence to create and arrange music. Following an online voting round, four outstanding works were performed live at the awards gala, showcasing the public sector information technology community's rapid adaptability to new trends through creative technology experiences.

A significant part of the event was the introduction of the Journal of Audit Scientific Research by the State Audit Office of Vietnam. The special edition focused on "AI applications - digital transformation in the audit sector: creative breakthroughs."
This publication seeks to disseminate value-adding AI application solutions in auditing activities, while identifying opportunities, challenges, and risks within the digital transformation process. Ultimately, it aims to contribute to the strong national construction and development in the digital era.
