The awards ceremony took place at GEM Center, TP HCM. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen's youngest son, Hieu Nguyen, deputy general director of IPPG, accepted the two awards on behalf of the corporation: "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025" and the "DEI Award" (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
HR Asia recognized IPPG's efforts in creating an ideal work environment, where performance, people, and social responsibility are equally prioritized.
IPPG was acknowledged for establishing a modern human resources ecosystem that integrates technology and DEI principles into its development strategy. Core values such as "honesty, respect, passion, and perfection" are embodied in a high-performing, transparent, and cohesive corporate culture.

At the ceremony, Hieu Nguyen stated that the two awards are for the entire IPPG team and acknowledge the contributions of each individual. He expressed his hope that all employees will continue their enthusiastic work to achieve even greater success in the coming year.
"IPPG's recognition isn't solely due to attractive offices or numerous trips. What truly brought us here is the unity among interns, staff, and senior management. We all need a significant goal to strive for together. When inspiration is ignited, a vision is shared, and everyone is united towards a common objective, the resulting power is formidable," Hieu Nguyen said.

According to Hieu Nguyen, the DEI Award demonstrates IPPG's strategic commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. In recent years, IPPG has actively implemented gender training programs, mentored female leaders, and integrated DEI objectives into the KPIs of leaders throughout the system. A prime example is the signing of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and extensive collaboration with UN Women from 2025 to 2027.
"IPPG will strive to become a model of a modern, humane, and integrated Vietnamese enterprise, where people are the center of sustainable development," the deputy general director added.
IPPG operates in diverse sectors, serving as the exclusive distributor for over 100 global brands, managing shopping malls, and operating more than 1,000 high-end retail stores. The company also invests in Cam Ranh International Airport and operates duty-free shops at airports nationwide. Last year, the company contributed 15,410 billion VND to the state budget and created jobs for over 25,000 local workers.
