Joseph Joseph partners with XPO Logistics for UK logistics

The housewares brand has selected XPO as its long-term partner to manage warehousing, order fulfillment, and distribution from a logistics hub in Rugby, Northamptonshire.

XPO Logistics will manage all multi-channel logistics services for Joseph Joseph, including warehousing, pre-retail processing, and distribution. This decision comes as Joseph Joseph enters a new phase in its logistics strategy, expanding its operations in the UK and internationally across direct-to-consumer (D2C), business-to-business (B2B), traditional retail, and e-commerce channels.

Sacha Vaughan, Joseph Joseph's supply chain director, said the transition to XPO's Rugby hub has been smooth, providing the flexibility and real-time tracking the company needs. "Our customers haven't experienced any service interruptions, which is the hallmark of an effective logistics solution," he said.

This partnership is expected to enhance Joseph Joseph's logistics capabilities, ensuring operational flexibility and maintaining a consistent customer experience as the company continues to expand globally.

Founded in 2003 in London, Joseph Joseph is known for its innovative and practical kitchen designs. The brand is currently present in over 100 countries, with products widely distributed through retail, e-commerce, and direct channels.

XPO Logistics is a leading global logistics company operating in 34 countries with over 700 facilities. The company provides comprehensive supply chain services, from warehousing and long-haul transportation to last-mile delivery and digital logistics solutions.
