KingKho's new storage facility, located within the commercial podium of The Pride complex, features multiple individually locked units ranging from 1-20 m2. It became operational in 6/2025. The modernly designed facility meets flexible storage needs for individuals, households, and businesses.
KingKho has equipped the facility with an automatic humidity control system, modern partitions, and multi-layered security. The space boasts high ceilings and large, floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring the storage area is well-ventilated, bright, and comfortable.
According to KingKho, self-storage is a service offering private storage spaces, such as lockers or small rooms, equipped with security features like cameras and individual locks. This allows individuals and businesses to freely arrange and manage their belongings, assets, and goods as needed. This solution helps free up living and working space, providing secure storage during life changes like moving, home renovations, or business adjustments.
At KingKho, customers can rent storage units with flexible terms, either weekly or monthly, without requiring a deposit. Storage space can be increased or decreased based on actual needs. Access is managed via personal PIN codes, ensuring privacy and security. A 24/7 CCTV camera system and a permanent security team monitor the entire area, providing users with peace of mind.
"We overcame many challenges to deliver a storage space that combines functionality with convenience," said Lorenz Wagener, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of KingKho.
According to KingKho, Vietnam's economic landscape is creating favorable conditions for the self-storage sector. A projected GDP growth of about 6.8% in 2025 (World Bank, ADB), coupled with rapid urbanization—where the urban population is expected to rise from 37% in 2020 to 44% by 2030 (McKinsey)—is driving an increasing demand for optimized living space in major cities. The expanding middle class, forecast to account for 26% of the population by 2026 (World Data Lab), further fuels the need for secure and convenient storage solutions.
Nguyen Thi Phuong Lien, Director of KingKho, stated that Hanoi is a market with significant potential, inspiring the KingKho team to innovate continuously and deliver enhanced storage experiences for customers.
