At VinCons construction sites, a well-structured welfare system ensures workers enjoy a stable, long-term living and working environment. Workers are provided clean accommodation in air-conditioned dormitories, meeting company standards, or receive housing support equivalent to 300,000 - 500,000 VND per person per month, depending on the region. Three meals daily are provided, ensuring nutrition and quality control.
Nguyen Van Tuan, 37, from Ha Tinh, recounted his past as a freelance worker, waking up each morning unsure if he would find work. "If there was no work, the day was over. Since joining VinCons, I no longer worry: work is steady, salary is on time, and my life is stable. It is rare for a construction worker to have such clean, cool accommodation," he shared, recalling times he slept in hot, makeshift corrugated iron shelters.
Tuan's story is not unique. Many workers have transformed their lives after becoming employees of VinCons, a key unit constructing numerous large-scale Vingroup projects nationwide.

Income at VinCons is also a factor encouraging long-term commitment. Depending on their position, workers earn 14 - 33 million VND per month; team leaders can earn 32 - 41 million VND monthly. The company commits to 100% on-time salary payments, with staff paid regularly on the 15th and the last day of the month.
Bui Thi Lien, a plasterer who joined VinCons over six months ago, shared that previously, working with a private team, her salary was 9 - 14 million VND, but sometimes she had to wait months to receive it. "At VinCons, I get paid on time every month, and I don't pay for rent or food. Now I can support my two children in school and even save a little," she said.
In addition to income, VinCons ensures workers receive full social, health, and unemployment insurance, paid leave, holiday benefits, and periodic health checks. By providing essential benefits to its workers, the company actively raises living standards and social welfare for its workforce, bringing a new image to the construction industry.

VinCons boasts a large project network spanning the country, from Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh to Ha Tinh, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, TP HCM, Tay Ninh. This ensures workers always have stable employment. When a project enters its completion phase, employees are reassigned to new projects, eliminating the need for them to search for work independently. Crucially, during periods awaiting job assignments, workers still receive 100% of their basic salary, preventing income disruption.
"Before, finishing a project meant unemployment, and I had to start looking for work from scratch. Now, once a project is done, I get transferred to another site. Even if I have to wait, I still get paid, which gives me peace of mind," said Le Xuan Dung from Phu Tho.
With a recruitment target of 100,000 workers, VinCons offers opportunities for both skilled workers and those without prior experience. A notable aspect of the company is its on-the-job vocational training model. New hires receive thorough instruction in basic techniques, standard construction processes, machinery operation, workplace safety, and professional conduct. Thanks to this standardized training system, many general laborers can upgrade their skills, increase their wages, and confidently undertake more technical tasks after just a few months.
Beyond focusing on skills and site discipline, VinCons also fosters a distinctive culture of connection through "Gio gan ket" (Connection Hours), activities held monthly to provide workers a space for mental rest, sharing, and mutual support.
According to VinCons, with its comprehensive welfare system, continuous employment, and focus on training, the company not only builds billion-dollar mega-projects but also contributes to transforming the image of the construction industry—a place where workers are valued, supported, and have opportunities to advance through their own skills.
