A representative from Long Chau announced the welcoming of its 33 millionth customer, a new milestone in its journey to fulfill the mission "for a healthier Vietnam". According to the representative, the trust from one-third of Vietnam's population motivates the company to expand its comprehensive healthcare ecosystem, ensuring equal access to medical services for people of all ages and regions.
Guided by a spirit of service, Long Chau has gradually reached into urban alleys, villages, and hamlets to understand the needs and aspirations of tens of millions of people. These often include questions about medicine, the need for access to reasonably priced foreign or rare medications, or simply needing a pharmacist's advice on healthcare or a reputable vaccination center nearby. "From north to south, we are fortunate to have earned 33 million trusts, which also represent 33 million journeys of care", the representative stated.
To commemorate this special milestone, the company launched a project honoring the diverse colors of Vietnamese ethnic groups. Accordingly, pharmacists wore traditional attire representing 54 ethnic groups, conveying a message of love and a commitment to continued community service. "Whether in lowland or highland regions, and under any circumstances, pharmacists are ready to provide healthcare to the people", a company representative shared.

According to Long Chau, people in all regions—whether plains or mountains, mainland or islands, urban or rural—can access genuine medicines, hospital-prescribed drugs, and functional foods with transparent origins, all conveniently located near their homes.
The team of pharmacists also advises people on correct dosage, proper indications, and provides information to help them understand potential complications and how to prevent illnesses.
Additionally, the company strengthens comprehensive strategic partnerships with major domestic and international pharmaceutical corporations, increasing opportunities for healthcare and disease prevention, especially for rare medicines and new-generation vaccines. Most recently, the system partnered with a Danish pharmaceutical group to launch a duo supporting diabetes control, weight loss, obesity management, and cardiovascular and kidney protection.

In recent years, Long Chau has gradually narrowed the gap in medical care, particularly in remote and disadvantaged areas, through various community activities. Specifically, from 2021 to the present, the Long Chau Se Chia (sharing) program has traveled through many provinces and cities, supporting thousands of disadvantaged people in rural areas, islands, remote regions, and mountainous areas with challenging terrain or lacking infrastructure. The leadership, along with local authorities, hospitals, and health agencies, have organized many general health check-ups, health consultations, and free medicine distributions.
In late November, Long Chau Se Chia continued its efforts in Bac Ninh, with the participation of Hoa Minzy, the artist behind the hit "Bac Bling". Through health examinations, consultations, and free medicine distribution, the program disseminated knowledge about diseases, helping people raise awareness of disease prevention and proactively care for themselves and their families.

With 2,400 pharmacies and 200 vaccination centers across 34 provinces and cities, and in response to the spirit of Resolution 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution 282/NQ-CP from the Government, the Long Chau team aspires to become an "extended arm" of the medical sector, enabling Vietnamese people to easily access scientific advancements and quality healthcare services.
