The Vietnam Outstanding Banking Awards (VOBA), an annual event since 2012, is organized by the International Data Group (IDG) in collaboration with the Vietnam Banks' Association and specialized agencies. The awards recognize banks' innovations in products and services, as well as their contributions to the economy and society.
LPBank received the "outstanding innovative product and service bank" award for LocPhat Pay, a digital solution ecosystem that integrates payment and cash flow management on a single platform.
This solution enables businesses to conduct QR payments, receive real-time transaction updates, track revenue, manage multiple points of sale, and assign user permissions all within a single application.
Beyond its payment functions, LocPhat Pay assists businesses in centralizing transaction data, monitoring cash flow, and performing reconciliation during operations. The integration of multiple features reduces manual workload while helping businesses control their business activities at various points of sale.

The award at VOBA 2026 builds on LPBank's success from the previous year, when the bank was recognized for its "multi-channel call center - AI agent application" solution. While the 2025 solution focused on enhancing customer experience through AI agent technology, LocPhat Pay addresses financial management and business operations.
This shift from digitizing individual transactions to developing service platforms that support production and business activities is a growing trend in the banking industry. Payment data can become a valuable source of information for financial management and business decision-making.
In the community sector, LPBank received the "outstanding community bank" award for its social welfare programs across various fields.
According to the bank, with the motto "integrating social responsibility into business," LPBank considers corporate social responsibility (CSR) a key pillar of its sustainable development strategy. After more than 18 years of operation, the bank's total contribution to the community has reached thousands of billions of dong.

During the 2024-2025 period, the bank contributed 150 billion dong to support the "nationwide effort to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" program in provinces such as Ha Giang, Dak Lak, and Thai Nguyen, assisting residents in improving their living conditions.
In addition to its long-term programs, LPBank allocated 10 billion dong for natural disaster recovery in 2025, contributed 10 billion dong to the "national humanitarian month" in 2026, and 15 billion dong for gratitude and remembrance programs on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day.
The bank also implements activities to support vulnerable groups, including sponsoring rehabilitation equipment for children with cerebral palsy in Ninh Binh and partnering with Vietnam Happy Fest 2025.
In the field of education, LPBank has supported the construction of more than 280 schools and established 15 scholarship and talent promotion funds nationwide. In sports, the bank has partnered with LPBank V.League 1, the U23 Asian Qualifiers 2026, the Vietnam Sports Delegation participating in SEA Games 33, and the VTV LPBank International Marathon for three consecutive seasons.
According to the bank, these community contributions also earned the bank two Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister in 2025. The two awards at VOBA 2026 recognize LPBank's activities in developing technology solutions for businesses and implementing social welfare programs, aligning with its development strategy rooted in community responsibility.
