Before Luminary, another major player, Singapore's YCH Group, also signed a memorandum of understanding with the UBND. This corporation will implement a complex logistics project at the Moc Bai Border Gate Economic Zone. The project aims to serve as a transit point for goods between Vietnam and Cambodia, addressing congestion and facilitating the flow of goods through the border gate.
YCH Group, with 70 years of experience providing supply chain solutions for multinational companies, stated it will facilitate access for Tay Ninh products to the Singaporean and wider Asian markets through its YSG e-commerce platform. The company also committed to integrating solutions such as renewable energy, electric vehicles, and carbon credits into its Tay Ninh projects, aiming for net-zero emissions.
YCH's direction aligns with the province's development strategy. The Tay Ninh UBND committed to providing support through appropriate policies, encouraging local businesses to participate in cross-border e-commerce.

Also in July, the province welcomed another large-scale factory with Coca-Cola's inauguration of a $136 million USD facility. This is the beverage brand's largest factory in Vietnam, spanning 19 hectares. The factory includes five bottling and packaging lines, with a total capacity of 1 billion liters of beverages per year.
According to the announcement, this is the first food and beverage factory in Vietnam to achieve LEED Gold certification, aligning with the province's focus on green and high-tech industrial development. The facility utilizes energy-efficient lighting, renewable energy, cooling systems, and heat dissipation technology.
Tay Ninh leaders stated that the factory's operation will contribute economically and boost the value chain in processing and manufacturing. It will also create momentum for the development of supporting industries and logistics. The production lines and technologies will contribute to improving the quality of human resources, promoting digital transformation, and transferring skills and technology.
In addition to these companies, since the beginning of 2025, the province has organized several investment promotion and cooperation missions to Japan and China, meeting with various agencies, organizations, corporations, and foreign investors.
Tay Ninh (merged from the former Tay Ninh and Long An provinces) holds advantages in industrial and logistics development thanks to its proximity to TP HCM and its integrated water and road transport infrastructure.
According to the Economic Zone Management Board, the province has 46 established industrial parks with a total planned area of nearly 14,000 hectares. Among them, 28 industrial parks have completed infrastructure investment and are currently accepting investors, with a total planned land area of nearly 8,000 hectares.
These industrial parks have attracted nearly 2,500 projects, including almost 1,400 FDI projects with a total registered investment of over $17.4 billion USD and 1,088 domestic projects with a total registered investment of over 173,546 billion VND.
Tay Ninh province occupies a strategic economic location, connecting the Southeast and Southwest regions of Vietnam and Cambodia. The province is currently focusing on mobilizing resources to invest in a modern and synchronized transportation infrastructure system. This includes inter-regional expressways such as TP HCM - Moc Bai, Ben Luc - Long Thanh, Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4 of TP HCM; and developing waterway transport and inland waterway ports along the Vam Co Dong River.
