The BIZ MBBank digital banking platform for businesses was developed with a "Fast & Easy" approach, offering solutions that cover the entire financial journey of a business: from account opening and financial operation management to spending management, borrowing, and capital expansion. Technology serves as the core backbone of the platform, digitizing 100% of transactions and eliminating paper documents. This allows customers to experience optimized features based on real-world touchpoints, directly addressing their business needs.
Nguyen Xuan Cuong, deputy director of the SME cluster and director of MB Enterprise Digital Factory, stated that BIZ MBBank aims to build a comprehensive digital financial ecosystem for businesses. This platform allows customers to conduct all financial services entirely online, eliminating the need for paper documents or bank visits.
"BIZ MBBank is a pioneering platform in the market for fully digitizing the credit granting process," Cuong emphasized. "Currently, MB boasts the fastest approval and disbursement speeds for SMEs in the market. Our 100% online process helps businesses quickly secure additional capital, allowing them to seize business opportunities as soon as needs arise."
Through the BIZ MBBank platform, businesses can complete the entire online account opening process on mobile devices. This includes declaring information, uploading documents, verifying identity, and receiving account opening approval. MB also stated that the bank is implementing an online document supplementary model after account opening, allowing businesses to remotely update information without needing to visit a transaction counter or restart the process from the beginning.
The entire process is designed in two stages: digital onboarding combined with an in-depth control mechanism from a backend expert team. This approach both optimizes the customer experience and meets the increasingly stringent compliance requirements in the banking sector.

A key component of the BIZ MBBank ecosystem is the MB HiBIZ multi-functional corporate card solution, launched in 8/2025. This solution aims for comprehensive digitization of corporate spending management. It operates as a "2-in-1" card model, combining both debit and credit functionalities on a single card, which helps businesses proactively optimize cash flow and manage daily spending more flexibly. The bank also facilitates online corporate card issuance, enabling customers to activate and use their cards immediately through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other popular digital payment platforms.
After more than half a year of implementation, MB reported issuing over 35,000 MB HiBIZ cards to nearly 31,000 businesses, with an active card usage rate maintained above 80%. According to the bank's internal statistics, this solution helps businesses save an average of 240 accounting hours annually by reducing manual processes for advances, payments, and reconciliations.

In addition to the aforementioned solutions, MB has also developed a smart financing feature for SME business customers on the BIZ MBBank platform, leveraging electronic invoice data. Specifically, businesses can apply for an unsecured overdraft limit on BIZ MBBank of up to 3 billion VND without requiring collateral, paper documents, or a visit to a transaction counter. The system automatically analyzes electronic invoice data to assess financial capacity and provides an approval decision within one business day. This limit is continuously maintained, allowing businesses to flexibly withdraw and repay capital according to their actual cash flow needs, even outside of regular business hours.
According to MB, this feature was developed to shorten the approval process and expand access to capital for SMEs. This is particularly crucial as these businesses often face challenges in accessing credit due to limitations in collateral, standardized financial reports, or small loan sizes.
A bank representative stated that being honored with three Sao Khue 2026 awards is further recognition of BIZ MBBank's technological capabilities and innovative direction in perfecting its digital financial ecosystem for businesses. "In MB's development strategy, digital transformation is not merely about optimizing processes or enhancing operational efficiency," the representative added, "but a journey of creating customer experiences and partnering with the business community for sustainable development."
