Three-bedroom apartments at Bcons Newsky estimated from 3,6 billion dong

Bcons Group introduces a collection of three-bedroom apartments at Bcons Newsky, with prices estimated from 3,6 billion dong, alongside flexible payment schedules and financial support until 2028.

The developer announced three anticipated payment methods, offering diverse options for both homebuyers and investors.

Under the standard payment method, customers pay 20% to sign the sales contract. Subsequent payments are staggered, occurring every two months. Installments range from 5% to 10% per period, with the remaining 25% due upon apartment handover, anticipated in Quarter II/2028. The final 5% is paid upon receipt of the pink book (land and house ownership certificate).

For customers utilizing financial leverage, Bcons Group offers a 50% bank loan option. After an initial 20% payment, the bank disburses 50% of the apartment's value. The developer also provides interest rate support and a principal grace period of up to 18 months, easing initial financial burdens. The final 5% is paid upon receipt of the pink book.

The third payment method allows customers to sign the sales contract with an initial capital contribution from 15%. The remainder is divided into installments of 2% to 3% every two months, combined with phased bank disbursements. This option targets young customers who need to optimize cash flow but still desire a spacious apartment. The final 5% is paid upon receipt of the pink book.

A representative from the developer stated that these varied payment methods aim to increase housing accessibility for young families amidst rising property ownership costs. The interest rate support and extended payment schedules are also seen as solutions to help buyers manage long-term financial plans proactively.

Bcons Newsky is positioned directly on National Highway 13, approximately 100 m from the planned Binh Duong Metro Line 2 station. This location shortens commute times to Ho Chi Minh City (TP HCM) center and enhances convenience for residents working in the area's industrial parks and service centers.

The project aims to serve genuine housing needs, offering apartment types including two-bedroom one-bathroom, two-bedroom two-bathroom, three-bedroom two-bathroom, and three-bedroom three-bathroom units, suitable for multi-generational families. The design optimizes functional use, emphasizing shared living spaces and privacy.

The project boasts 79 internal amenities, catering to diverse resident needs. These include relaxation areas, community spaces, sports and entertainment zones, and 4000 square meters of internal green space. In addition to these multi-layered internal facilities, future residents of Bcons Newsky will benefit from an established and developing external amenity ecosystem along National Highway 13: shopping malls, educational and medical services, supermarkets, and modern shopping areas.

Within the product structure, the developer positions the three-bedroom apartment line as a key segment targeting customers who require more living space while maintaining financial balance. The design of these apartments optimizes usable area, enhancing natural light intake and ventilation.

The layout of the three-bedroom apartments is flexible, accommodating various family living requirements. The interconnected living room and kitchen area expand shared usable space, while bedrooms are separated to enhance privacy.
