The conference, held on 30/8, was attended by numerous leaders from ministries, branches, and central agencies, along with over 250 prominent businesses. An MB representative shared that the first-class order of national defense is significant recognition of MB's continuous efforts and contributions over three decades of development. As of the end of June, the bank reported consolidated total assets of approximately 1.29 quadrillion VND, placing it among the top 5 largest banks in Vietnam, alongside BIDV, Vietcombank, VietinBank, and Agribank.

MB serves approximately 32.5 million customers, with 98.6% of transactions conducted through digital channels. The bank's revenue increased by over 25% year-over-year, while the group's non-performing loan ratio remained controlled at 1.6%.

On 25/8, the bank also announced a change in the number of voting shares from 6.1 billion to nearly 8.1 billion units, after completing the issuance of over 1.95 billion shares to pay dividends to 115,707 existing shareholders. Following this issuance, MB's charter capital increased by 32% to 80,550 billion VND. This makes MB the bank with the second-highest charter capital in the system, trailing only Vietcombank (83,557 billion VND).
