If a business owner or legal representative has already completed personal biometric identification on the MBBank app, the system will automatically update and verify the information to complete biometric identification for the business when they log in to BIZ MBBank. This process does not require repeating NFC steps, saving time and ensuring seamless, uninterrupted transactions.

If the representative has not completed personal biometric identification at MB, the business can choose one of two options: perform business biometric identification directly on BIZ MBBank or open a personal account and complete biometric identification on the MBBank app to be synchronized to the business platform.
This solution helps businesses comply with the regulations in Circular 17/2024 of the State Bank of Vietnam regarding biometric identification for organizational customers. At the same time, automating the identification process also contributes to promoting digital transformation, improving operational efficiency, and providing a safer and more convenient digital transaction experience.
