In manufacturing, downtime directly impacts productivity, delivery schedules, and operational costs. Experts note that downtime is not always caused by a lack of supply; often, resources are simply fragmented and difficult to access.
A replacement component might be in another company's warehouse. A suitable supplier could be in the vicinity. An experienced engineer might be available to help. However, these resources are often isolated, lacking a competent central point to gather, coordinate, and deploy them when a business needs them.
Recognizing this reality, M Technology Company Limited developed MLink, a platform aiming to consolidate the supply of equipment, materials, and technical services. This initiative directly addresses the critical need for efficient resource connection in the industrial sector.
"The market does not lack resources. The problem is that these resources are fragmented and not effectively connected", said Le Van Thuong, Director of M Technology, discussing the platform's development idea.
Addressing real-world operational challenges
According to the company's leadership, the idea for MLink arose from common operational issues faced by industrial enterprises. For instance, finding a component sometimes takes longer than the actual repair. Businesses often call multiple places and search through various contacts to identify the correct supplier or support unit.
"The reality is that the products or services they need exist in the market; they just haven't been connected at the right time", Thuong affirmed.
Conversely, many suppliers struggle to reach the right customers with emerging needs. Inventory, specialized materials, display equipment, or available service capabilities are sometimes unknown to the market when needed. This leads to wasted resources and missed business opportunities for suppliers.
MLink was developed as a platform to consolidate the supply of equipment, materials, and technical services, while also coordinating solution deployment for businesses when needs arise. Beyond providing product or service information, the platform aims to help businesses find the right resources quickly, especially in situations requiring a rapid response.

Resource coordination model
According to the founder, MLink aims to coordinate resources. Instead of businesses independently searching and working with multiple contacts, the platform helps gather suitable resources and directly implements solutions based on customer needs.
"We do not want users to piece together individual bits of information. Our goal is to help businesses solve problems as quickly as possible", Thuong stated.
M Technology has operated in industrial equipment, measurement, testing, and analysis in Vietnam for nearly 20 years. During this time, the company has provided solutions, equipment, and technical services to numerous manufacturing plants, laboratories, research centers, and universities nationwide.
Leveraging a partner network built over many years, MLink is gradually developing a database of equipment, materials, spare parts, technical services, and experts across various fields.
In 2026, the platform was certified as an excellent product on the Vietnam Digital Technology Solutions Map, announced by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA).

In the same year, the project entered the Top 100 Startup Wheel 2026 and advanced to the semi-final round of this innovation startup competition.
MLink's direction is not only to support resource discovery but also to act as a consolidated point during implementation. Instead of working with multiple contacts, businesses can access solutions through a single, centralized MLink point, reducing processing and coordination time.
"MLink is more than just a connection platform. We consolidate supply, coordinate deployment, and are responsible to the end customer. The goal is to help businesses access the right resources at the right time, reducing downtime for machinery, equipment, and factories", Thuong said.
