TNEX brings digital financial solutions to Metro Line 1 passengers

Passengers on Ho Chi Minh City's Metro Line 1 can access TNEX's consumer loan solutions and receive approval results in 5 seconds through digital touchpoints during their journey.

TNEX recently signed a cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City Urban Railway Company No. 1 (HURC) to provide digitized consumer financial solutions for passengers on Metro Line 1.

Under the agreement, TNEX will offer a "3 no's" consumer loan solution: no paperwork, no waiting, and no income verification. This allows passengers to receive loan approval results in approximately 5 seconds, meeting diverse spending needs from essential to premium consumption for all passenger segments directly during their commute.

Passengers can access TNEX anywhere along the route, either by scanning QR codes on standees at the 14 stations or by using the "app-in-app" function within the Metro application.

During the signing ceremony, Nguyen The Minh, General Director of TNEX, stated that the company aims to digitize every touchpoint for the city's residents. Partnering with HCMC Metro allows TNEX to embrace smart mobility trends and deliver a transparent and rapid "clean financial grid" directly to customers.

In the future, both parties announced they will continue to research and expand smart financial and payment utilities to optimize the passenger experience on every journey.

Metro Line 1 serves approximately 55,000 passengers daily, catering to diverse groups including office workers, students, and laborers. Alongside the need for transportation, digital financial services are increasingly gaining attention, especially solutions offering quick and convenient access.

However, accessing traditional financial products can still face barriers such as documentation requirements, lengthy procedures, and approval times. In this context, digital financial solutions integrated into digital platforms or service ecosystems represent a new approach, enabling users to access services more conveniently during their daily commute and activities.

TNEX is a digital financial platform developed by MSB, launched in 2020. The platform offers digital financial services such as online account opening, payments, money transfers, savings, and credit solutions via its mobile application. TNEX aims to build a digital ecosystem that serves users' daily financial and consumer needs, particularly targeting young customers who prioritize digital experiences. In recent years, TNEX has intensified collaborations with partners in retail, services, and transportation sectors to expand digital touchpoints for customers.
