MSB, ROX iPark, and ROX Key partner to offer comprehensive solutions for businesses

MSB has partnered with ROX iPark and ROX Key to develop a suite of financial and operational solutions for businesses leasing industrial park properties.

MSB has joined forces with ROX iPark, a leading industrial park developer, to offer businesses flexible long-term financing. The package includes loans of up to 85% of the contract value, with terms of up to 10 years, available from the moment a business signs a land lease memorandum of understanding (MOU). ROX iPark will also assist clients with legal procedures and loan applications at MSB.

In addition, MSB is collaborating with ROX Key, a provider of technology, human resources, property management, security, and sanitation solutions. This partnership aims to support businesses operating within industrial parks by handling human resources, security, waste disposal, utilities, and other operational needs.

Furthermore, MSB is providing short-term credit lines of up to 200 billion VND, including loans of up to 100 billion VND, to ensure businesses have sufficient working capital. MSB is also offering preferential interest rates on short-term loans for import and export activities, starting at 4% per year for VND and 3.7% per year for USD. The bank is waiving fees for online money transfers and payments, and covering up to 100% of industrial park operating fees, helping businesses optimize their costs.

Speaking at the event, Hoang Viet Phuong, general director of MSB's corporate banking division, stated that this partnership with ROX iPark and ROX Key provides a comprehensive "industrial park real estate - finance - operations" solution specifically designed for businesses looking to expand their investments in industrial parks.

"This three-way collaboration offers a one-stop solution for operational management, human resources, and technology, enabling businesses to access capital easily, lease land quickly, operate efficiently, and optimize costs. This platform will support business growth and contribute to the sustainable development of Vietnam's industrial parks," he emphasized.

Echoing Mr. Phuong's views, Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, general director of ROX iPark, and Nguyen Van Hiep, general director of ROX Key, expressed their strong support for the partnership. They emphasized that this collaboration represents more than just a combination of services; it unites over 30 years of experience in real estate infrastructure development, large-scale operational capabilities, and superior financial solutions. This will provide businesses with a complete end-to-end experience, from their initial entry into the industrial park to their operational phase, all supported by a synchronized ecosystem.
