Effective 1/7, customers who are members of the Sun signature loyalty program and open a new NCB signature savings account with a term of six months or more, and a deposit of 100 million VND or greater at NCB transaction points, will earn reward points. These points are accumulated based on the deposit value, term, and program criteria.
According to a bank representative, this feature differentiates NCB signature savings from traditional savings products. Beyond financial returns, each Sun signature reward point serves as a key, granting customers access to exclusive privileges within Sun Group's diverse service ecosystem.
Customers can enjoy exclusive services from Sun PhuQuoc Airways, upscale hotels and resorts by Sun Group spanning across the country, the Sun World entertainment park system, healthcare services at Sun Hospital, or investment services from Sun Property.

The bank has also integrated features for managing reward points and utilizing Sun signature benefits within the NCB iziMobile application, allowing customers to track accumulated points, manage deposits, and access offers on a single platform.

Concurrently, NCB has partnered with Sun Group to develop financial products and solutions connected to Sun signature, a platform linking all Sun Group products and its ecosystem. Before this, NCB also completed a capital increase, raising its charter capital to 29,280 ty VND after a private placement of one billion shares, providing additional resources for future development plans.
