NCB's recipe for being a top workplace in Asia

A groundbreaking human resources strategy and leadership that listens are key ingredients in NCB's "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award for three consecutive years.

National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank (NCB) has undergone significant transformation in recent years. From its beginnings as a small bank, NCB has experienced impressive growth, tripling its capital in four years, strengthening its financial capacity, and achieving positive business results despite challenges.

The bank has also made a mark with its experienced leadership and senior personnel, attracting high-quality staff, international experts, and young talent. According to General Director Ta Kieu Hung, NCB considers its people to be its core, its most valuable asset, and the driving force behind the bank's development. Therefore, NCB always strives to provide its staff with the best possible work environment. The years 2024-2025 marked significant changes in NCB's HR policies, going against the trend of market fluctuations.

According to a representative of NCB, all of the bank's activities closely adhere to five core values: loyalty, trust, dedication, sophistication, and growth. Being honored at the HR Asia Awards for three consecutive years (2023-2025), along with the technology award, is a testament to NCB's humane HR policies and unique corporate culture.

Recently, NCB also became the first bank to launch the "Tu Hao" (Pride) credit card line associated with significant national events. The "Thong Nhat" (Unification) version launched on the occasion of the anniversary of the country's reunification (30/4-1/5) and the "Tu Hao" version commemorating National Day, creating a symbol of national pride in the banking sector.
