Nearly 80 billion dong jackpot claimed

On the evening of 10/4, Vietlott identified a customer who won a jackpot worth nearly 80 billion dong.

In tonight's draw, the winning jackpot ticket for the Mega 6/45 product had the numbers 07-08-10-16-28-35. The prize is valued at over 79.1 billion dong. After personal income tax, the customer will receive approximately 71.2 billion dong.

Vietnam Lottery Company (Vietlott) will announce the sales channel for this winning ticket after completing its review. According to company regulations, the branch managing the area where the winning ticket was issued will receive the request and organize the prize handover for the customer if the ticket was purchased through a traditional agent.

In addition to the top prize, Vietlott also awarded 59 first prizes (10 million dong), 2,421 second prizes (300,000 dong), and over 40,000 third prizes (30,000 dong) today.

To date, Vietlott's distribution system includes over 6,620 terminals for direct ticket sales and more than 3 million registered accounts for playing via phone. After approximately 9 years of operation, the lottery company has paid out nearly 1 billion USD in prizes to customers. This amount is equivalent to over 2.8 trillion dong annually.

According to its newly announced plan, 2026 marks the first year Vietlott aims for revenue exceeding 10 trillion dong since launching its first product in 2016. This target corresponds to an average daily sales of approximately 30 billion dong, 9 times higher than a decade ago.

The phone sales channel is expected to contribute 6.03 trillion dong, accounting for over 55%. Approximately 4.76 trillion dong will come from the terminal distribution channel (ticket vending machines), with a small remainder from financial revenue.

Vietlott is a state-owned enterprise, with the Ministry of Finance representing 100% of its capital. The company currently offers 7 self-selected lottery products based on matrix, number sequence, and quick draw formats.
