A notable upgrade on the Vertuo Pop is its centrifugion technology combined with a barcode reading system. After a user places a capsule into the tray, the machine automatically scans the barcode on the capsule's rim to identify the recipe, then adjusts the water volume, temperature, pressure, and spin speed suitable for each coffee type.
"High-speed centrifugion technology completely dissolves the coffee, creating a thick and smooth crema layer on the surface", a representative from distributor Annam Group stated.

Additionally, the machine integrates a "coffee creations" button. When this mode is activated, the machine extracts a more concentrated cup of coffee, catering to the common local consumer habit of mixing with milk products or serving with ice.

In the Vietnamese market, the company initially introduced 10 selected capsule flavors, with plans to expand the catalog to over 50 types, similar to the international version.
Assessing consumption trends, Cedric Guillet, Development Director of Annam Group, noted that Vietnamese consumers are now more open to experiencing new coffee formats and flavors.
Sharing a similar view, Remus Chia, Business Development Director for Nespresso OAE (Oceania, Asia, and Europe), observed that coffee enjoyment is evolving from a daily habit into a personalized lifestyle experience.
