The scope of certification specifies that NT&T JSC meets the requirements for the authorized distribution of information technology infrastructure equipment, including: storage devices, servers, management software, and data analysis tools.
In addition, Isocert highly regards the company's services in consulting, designing, deploying, integrating, warranting, maintaining, and providing technical support for equipment, systems, and software serving information technology infrastructure and data centers.
ISO 9001:2015 also encompasses distribution and service provision activities, demonstrating NT&T JSC's integrated operational capability throughout the project lifecycle—from solution consulting and product supply to deployment and after-sales services.
Speaking at the event on 21/8, Vo Thuy Cam Tuyen, General Director of NT&T JSC, emphasized the importance of applying the standard's requirements to actual operations. "This serves as a foundation for the company to continue standardizing processes, improving internal coordination, enhancing customer service quality, and maintaining a spirit of continuous improvement in our development," Ms. Cam Tuyen said.
