A significant highlight of the collaboration is a three-year free preferential policy for the digital tax submission solution package. This program is valid until the end of 2028 and applies to customers using the comprehensive payment solution. The policy aims to reduce initial costs for business households and businesses adopting digital tools, encouraging them to easily access and gradually transition to digital management methods.
The solution, named OCB Smart Merchant, offers a variety of digital payment methods: VNPAY-SmartPOS, VNPAY-PhonePOS (which transforms smartphones into payment acceptance devices), VNPAY-QR codes, and online payment gateways. This enables businesses to accept payments from diverse sources, including domestic cards, international cards, and e-payment applications. The solution also connects directly to the business household's payment account at the bank, utilizing various cashless payment methods.
Beyond payments, the system integrates tools for tax compliance, including sales software, e-invoices, e-contracts, and digital signatures. These features assist business households and businesses in issuing invoices, storing documents, declaring, and submitting taxes as required, thereby reducing manual operations and minimizing errors.
