The program, a collaboration between Lang Son province, the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy, and technology partners, is being held at Vincom Plaza Lang Son (2 Tran Hung Dao Street, Luong Van Tri ward) from 15/8 to 17/8.
The opening ceremony took place on the morning of 16/8, with representatives from the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy, the Department of Industry and Trade, other Lang Son provincial departments, businesses, cooperatives, and e-commerce platforms in attendance.

Following the opening ceremony, a technology application seminar was held at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. This provided technological solutions to support the comprehensive digital transformation of small businesses and traditional markets. A commitment signing ceremony to support Lang Son businesses in their digital transformation was also held within the framework of the seminar.
Earlier, on the morning of 15/8, a training program on regulations and instructions for selling on e-commerce platforms offered sales solutions for businesses and small traders. That afternoon, the organizers held a training session on livestreaming for market management organizations, small traders, and students.
Livestream sessions will be held on TikTok Shop featuring content creators such as Co Tho Oi 68 and Mai Tay Bac. These sessions will take place from 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on 16/8, and from 15:00 to 19:00 on 17/8, to promote Lang Son's signature products and stimulate purchasing.

According to a representative of the organizing committee, this series of events highlights Lang Son province's efforts to embrace digital transformation, creating new momentum for local economic development.
The program also aims to encourage consumers to use cashless payment methods while promoting local products through online sales (livestreaming). It also seeks to boost the application of e-commerce and digital transformation in business activities, supporting businesses, cooperatives, household businesses, and small traders in gaining knowledge, skills, and access to digital solutions appropriate for the local context.
