Panattoni, the US-based industrial and logistics real estate developer, has completed construction of Panattoni Park Milton Keynes. This two-warehouse logistics development, totaling nearly 73,900 m2, is located at Junction 14 of the M1 motorway in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England.
The company has also acquired a nearby five-acre site on Yeomans Drive and submitted plans for Panattoni Milton Keynes 100, an 8,750 m2 warehouse expected to be completed in Q3/2026.

The new industrial park comprises two high-standard units: MK 450, spanning 41,850 m2 with 40 dock doors, and MK 345, covering 31,980 m2 with 28 dock doors. Both are built to net-zero carbon standards, have achieved a BREEAM "Outstanding" certification for sustainability, and hold an EPC "A" rating for energy efficiency.
James Watson, Panattoni's Development Director for the South of England, stated this marks a significant milestone in their UK portfolio, providing sustainable logistics space in a strategic location. The MK 100 expansion reaffirms their commitment to market-driven development, supporting regional growth and enhancing supply chain sustainability.
