Ha Ngoc Son, general director of Phenikaa Pharma Distribution, said that to achieve this goal, the company has established partnerships with several strategic partners in the industry, such as BV Pharma, Ladophar, TCP Pharmacy, and Thuocsi. Initially, the company will focus on three strategic channels: expanding distribution in pharmacies (OTC); supplying hospitals and clinics nationwide; and partnering with independent pharmacies to compete with larger pharmacy chains by combining medicine sales with health consultations and care (ETC). The company is also establishing a diverse product portfolio with over 100 products to meet treatment needs, aiming for exclusive, internationally certified products.
