According to PNJ's recently published business report, in Quarter II/2025 alone, the company achieved net revenue and profit after tax of 7,582 billion VND and 442 billion VND, respectively.
A company representative said that while jewelry market purchasing power in the first six months of this year was relatively weak (due to the high price of gold), PNJ's retail revenue still saw positive growth of 5.5% compared to the same period last year.
This growth stems from four factors: an increase in the number of stores compared to the first six months of last year (from 405 to 428); the effective implementation of marketing programs, attracting a large number of new customers; adjusting product strategies and merchandise categories to market trends and demands; and the company's continuous improvement of customer experience and service quality.

Specifically, the company strengthened its marketing and retail activities, balancing two key objectives: commerce and shaping how the brand connects with various customer groups. This positively impacted business performance and created new shopping trends.
Wholesale jewelry revenue alone increased by 14.5% compared to the same period in 2024. Thanks to methodical operations and strict adherence to regulations, PNJ has earned customer trust, especially as the market increasingly emphasizes transparency and product traceability.

The average gross profit margin over the past six months reached 21.4% (compared to 16.4% in the same period last year), mainly due to changes in revenue structure. Accordingly, the proportion of revenue from retail jewelry was 66.4%, a significant increase of 16.9% compared to 49.5% in the first six months of 2024.
PNJ also optimized its core product portfolio to flexibly meet market demand. The company continuously changes its approach to understanding customers by utilizing data platforms and technology, quickly finding solutions based on data analysis and consumer preference segmentation.
