The awards ceremony, held in District 1, was organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu magazine. According to a representative of the organizing committee, the Top 50 CSA rankings apply strict criteria across 14 categories, requiring businesses to demonstrate tangible impacts on the environment and community, as well as operational excellence.
For the third consecutive year, PNJ has been featured in the Top 50 CSA rankings, this time being recognized in two key categories. The organizing committee praised PNJ for its commitment to sustainable development aligned with the ESG pillars: environment (E), social (S), and governance (G).

A PNJ representative stated that in the current era, sustainable development is not just a choice, but a corporate responsibility. PNJ has positioned ESG as its core strategic foundation, building a business ecosystem that creates multifaceted value for all stakeholders.
"We are committed to continuous innovation to create a sustainable future—one where economic prosperity goes hand in hand with environmental protection and social progress," the representative said.
Regarding the environmental pillar (E), the company has implemented a series of synchronized solutions to minimize its ecological impact throughout its value chain. In 2024, PNJ conducted a greenhouse gas inventory at over 400 stores, two factories, and offices nationwide, identifying key emission sources and proposing mitigation strategies.
Thanks to the application of new technologies and investment in control systems, greenhouse gas emissions at the factory have decreased from 1.21 tons of CO2 equivalent to 1.14 tons per 1,000 products. In offices and retail spaces, emissions per square meter also decreased from 0.13 to 0.12 tons of CO2 equivalent.

Simultaneously, PNJ is promoting a "green workspace" model with over 3,000 trees, implementing paperless office practices, and utilizing clean fuels (such as hydrogen) for equipment operation.
The company optimizes its use of raw materials and has implemented energy measurement and control systems. It also applies advanced oxidation water treatment technology and reuses water to reduce environmental pollution.
For the social pillar (S), over the past 37 years, PNJ has collaborated with local authorities on numerous CSR activities, contributing to improving the quality of life for vulnerable groups through programs like Happy Young Family, Zero-Dong Mini Supermarket, Journey Through Childbirth, and Raising Awareness of Autism in Vietnamese Children.

2024 marked a turning point as PNJ redefined its CSR strategy based on the "Living Beautifully" platform, focusing on spreading values of love and responsibility to individuals, families, and the community. The company's community activities have been systematized for greater effectiveness, creating a foundation for positive and sustainable changes in the future.
For example, earlier this year, the company launched the Cinderella's Dream project to help young girls discover their inner beauty, recognize their self-worth, and confidently pursue their dreams.
The leadership has also created a diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DE&I) work environment for nearly 9,000 employees nationwide. Over the past year, the company has expanded its internal training programs, developed young leaders, and enhanced the physical and mental well-being of its employees.
Regarding sustainable development, since its inception, PNJ has pursued the philosophy of "integrating customer and social benefits into business benefits." A significant milestone was the establishment of the ESG Committee (under the Board of Directors) in 2022, making ESG a long-term strategy.
Since then, the company has deeply integrated ESG into its entire operational chain—from production, product development, and employee training to supplier collaboration, risk management, and brand communication.
PNJ’s leadership emphasizes that ESG is "an irreversible path" for three reasons: increasing consumer and investor demand for transparency and responsibility; the obligation to protect the environment and ecosystem for future generations; and the foundation for building a sustainable competitive advantage in the long term.
