The series of workshops took place in July and August in 8 provinces and cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue, Gia Lai, Thanh Hoa, Tay Ninh (formerly Long An), Hai Phong, and Thai Nguyen. Carrying the message "A career to rely on - A path to advancement," the program aimed to inspire and offer a new perspective on career stability.

A Prudential representative said the program's message presents a new perspective on career stability. Instead of pursuing traditional fixed employment and stability mindsets, many people are now proactively equipping themselves with skills, diversifying their income streams, and seeking more flexible work arrangements. This trend is increasingly evident in the context of a rapidly changing labor market.
The workshop series took place in several provinces and cities with the participation of speakers such as: Ngo Trung Dung, Deputy General Secretary of the Vietnam Insurance Association; Nguyen Thanh An, a senior lecturer in life insurance; Associate Professor Phan Thanh Hoan, Vice President of Hue University's College of Economics; and Le Viet Phong, a finance and insurance expert. Through in-depth sharing sessions and direct consultations with Prudential's management team, participants gained a more concrete understanding of the insurance advisory profession.
The program also noted potential applicants' interest in the concept of "new stability." This concept is a career approach based on the ability to control income, develop personal skills, and adapt to change.
According to ManpowerGroup Vietnam's Vietnam Employment Outlook 2024 report, nearly 50% of workers are considering switching industries in the near future. This trend clearly reflects the shift in career thinking. Fields like freelancing, personal training, independent businesses, and insurance consulting are attracting greater interest from the labor market.

Le Minh Man, a freelancer seeking suitable employment, said the workshop provided a new perspective on insurance consulting, income generation, and long-term development potential. "Talking with the speakers and consulting directly with Prudential's management team helped me realize that a financial advisory career in life insurance offers greater flexibility and control over my work and life," Man shared.
According to Navigos Group's 2025 Labor Market Report, over 50% of applicants in Vietnam said they prioritize flexible work arrangements to achieve work-life balance. This data shows a clear shift in career trends, especially among young workers.
A Prudential representative stated that the company always focuses on building a team of adaptable consultants who meet professional standards and are good listeners who understand customer needs. These requirements are important factors in increasing long-term competitiveness in the insurance industry.
In addition to recruitment activities, the company maintains its commitment to supporting its consultants throughout their career development. In over 26 years of operation in Vietnam, the company has focused on training a generation of young consultants with comprehensive skills, a progressive mindset, and the ability to adapt to market fluctuations, thereby contributing to building a sustainable human resource pool.
With its expansion plans, Prudential will continue to implement recruitment and training activities nationwide, creating opportunities for many individuals, regardless of their starting point, to develop long-term careers. Following the recent series of workshops, the journey of accompanying potential applicants will continue in September and Quarter IV/2025. Prudential plans to implement more large-scale workshops along with hundreds of smaller events at Prudential general agency offices nationwide, focusing on career and personal development topics.
