Ca Mau Fertilizer (PVCFC) is investing 120 billion VND in a new NPK fertilizer plant in Gia Lai province to meet the growing demand for high-quality fertilizers and expand its national reach. The plant is located in the Long My Industrial Zone, Quy Nhon Tay ward, Gia Lai province, a strategic area connecting central Vietnam and the Central Highlands.

The NPK plant is being developed in two phases. Phase one, which focused on infrastructure development, is complete and operational. Phase two, involving the mixing and packaging lines, is nearing completion and preparing for production.

The plant is projected to produce and mix approximately 50,000 tons of NPK+TE fertilizers annually and package around 50,000 tons of various fertilizers per year. It will also store and handle approximately 150,000 tons of fertilizers and raw materials annually.

According to Van Tien Thanh, CEO of PVCFC, the Long My Industrial Zone was selected for its strategic location in the central Vietnam - Central Highlands region, an area with consistent and diverse fertilizer needs. The site offers convenient access to both waterways and roads, enabling efficient transportation of raw materials and distribution of finished products, optimizing costs and ensuring timely market supply.
The plant will utilize modern mixing technology to create products suitable for various crops and soil conditions, enhancing agricultural efficiency for farmers. This investment is a key step in the company's three-pronged strategy for this year: investment, sustainable development, and digital transformation.
