Bringing knowledge to the highlands
On a charity trip to the Sung Chang school (Ha Giang), the winding dirt road became muddy after the rain. Under the headlights, the mud formed ridges, resembling "dinosaur spines"—a comparison made by Ngo Hai Phong, a member of the ROX Group charity team.
"It felt like riding on a real dinosaur's back, my heart skipped a beat every time the car tilted," he said.

Despite the difficulties, ROX staff and employees regularly maintain trips as part of the ROX Share program, such as Sharing Love and Accompanying Children to School. They not only donate essential items but also build green libraries, contribute books, pour cement foundations, erect frames, clean, and organize—together creating a learning space for children.
"Witnessing the children's circumstances firsthand shows how meaningful our work is," shared Vu Thi Huyen, a ROX officer.
Not only providing financial support, employees also volunteer to donate and directly participate, as in the school construction project in Tom Lam (Bac Kan). Each smile and glance from the children motivates ROX to steadfastly continue its journey of spreading knowledge.
Transforming sunlight and wind into development resources
In 2021, ROX Group expanded its investment in clean energy—a key component of global sustainable development. Recognizing the potential of renewable energy in arid regions like Ninh Thuan, where one hectare of cultivated land generates only about 10 million VND annually, ROX proposed switching to a solar farm model with potential profits reaching 3.8 billion VND per hectare each year.
In just two years, three of ROX's solar power plants have become operational in Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, and Southeast Vietnam, including the Phuoc Huu project (65 MWp capacity, 69 hectares). These solar farms not only contribute energy to the national grid but also create hundreds of jobs for local residents, partnering with the government in its goal of modern rural development.
Each year, the three plants help reduce CO2 emissions by over 453,000 tons, contributing significantly to the national green growth and energy transition strategy.

ROX's activities, from project development to charity work, revolve around the philosophy of "people-centricity." The group focuses on creating products and services that balance the interests of the business, customers, and the community. At the same time, they encourage employees and partners to act responsibly towards the environment.
In 2025, ROX Group was once again honored at the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) in two categories: Corporate Governance and Social Development. This is the third year ROX has received this award, following 2022 and 2024. This year's theme, "The Imperative Shift to a Regenerative Economy," further highlights the role of businesses in creating sustainable value.
